Asam Sahitya Sabha has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Assam Electronics Development Corporation Ltd.(AMTRON) on 15th of December, 2020, which aims to provide a dedicated online platform fot the state's literary treasure.

Asam Sahitya Sabha and AMTRON, with support from Govt. of Assam, will work jointly towards digitization of rare, out of print, hand written books, periodicals, manuscripts etc. of Assamese Language having historical and research value, with the main purpose of preserving the invaluable literary works of the state.

The digitized contents will be made available through an exclusive website developed for this purpose.
